Job RequirementsQualifications – The candidate must be a Graduate of advanced, federally recognized executive law enforcement training such as the FBI National Academy with at least four years of experience as a manager/director of an accredited law enforcement training institution.
•Experience delivering technical presentations to 200+ participants to include executive level audiences.
•Possess credentials to deliver Instructor Development training from an nationally recognized accreditation agency.
•Possess strong written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to develop and present curriculum to Critical Infrastructure/Key Resource (CI/KR) public and private sector stake holders and security professionals.
•Possess strong computer skills and have extensive experience working with computer-based training tools such as web conferencing software.
•Analyzing current terrorism trends/organizations/objectives and understanding methods of preventing terrorism.
•Understanding of security risk management principles and objectives.
•In-depth understanding of Industrial Security protective measures system principles and CI/KR site protective measure design strategy.
•Surveillance Detection: experience in surveillance, surveillance detection, counter surveillance, counter intelligence and/or special operations with duties in surveillance and/or surveillance detection.
•Counterterrorism Awareness: experience in anti-terrorism, counter terrorism, terrorism awareness, security and or terrorism prevention strategies with duties in anti-terrorism, counter terrorism, terrorism awareness, security and/or terrorism prevention strategies, IED awareness, and/or EOD expertise.
•Extensive knowledge in theory and application of the Incident Command System and Unified Command.
•Experience in data analysis.
•Willingness to operate in a high OPTEMPO environment.
•Willingness to travel up to three weeks per month presenting courses throughout the United States and its territories.
•At least 5 years of experience in providing training and developing curriculum for an accredited institution.
•Experience as a certified law enforcement officer or firefighter with special skills (Bomb Squad, SWAT, Police Sniper, Executive Protection, SAR, Investigations, etc.)
•Experience with conducting full-spectrum/all-hazards vulnerability assessments.
Minimum requirements –
•Possess a Secret Security Clearance
•Pass any necessary background investigation.
•Possess a current and valid state driver’s license.
•Execute responsibilities with minimum oversight.

Military Personnel Services Corp. (MPSC) is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Bombing Prevention Training Instructor in support of a national contract for the Army National Guard (ARNG).
Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive) – A member instructs state, local and private sector partners at
locations throughout the United States and its territories. Determines and selects instructional design, methods, and media. Develops training materials to support training objectives for the OBP office in support of their federal and state missions. Prepares required training and statistical data to gauge training comprehension. Coordinates curriculum design process from inception to conclusion/execution on multiple courses and conducts semiannual revisions to ensure relevancy of material presented. Monitors progress and counsels students on performance. Instruction is not limited to specialized technical skills to direct and educate participants on strategies for detecting and mitigating these threats. Bombing prevention training complements other strategic measures to protect critical infrastructure sites by developing the capabilities of facility security officials to deter, detect, prevent, protect against, and respond to IED (Improvised Explosive Device) threats and terrorist activities.
Requires thorough familiarity with the assigned subject-matter areas and the use of a wide range of teaching methods or tools depending on the students’ learning requirements and knowledge levels. Individuals prepare performance evaluations on each student in accordance with the Plan of Instruction (POI). Upon completion of training, certifies competence level and ensure completion of required documentation.
