Job Description
Manage physical, technical and operational security of Weatherford personnel and assets globally including security risk management, fraud investigations, vetting or background checking, Kidnap for Ransom case management and physical security design and assessment. Be responsible for ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of Company’s crisis management program. Be responsible for development implementation and monitoring of company’s workplace violence prevention program. Be responsible for promulgation of all corporate security policy and
plans and for ensuring security documentation is appropriately composed and formatted for archiving within OEPS online IT architecture. Ensure all necessary enterprise security training programs are developed and rolled out to geographical regions of company including Asia, South Pacific, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. Act as central provider and coordinator of security support to organization, its regional security representatives and business unit/product line teams. Ensure all enterprise security vendor contracts managed in Weatherford’s best interests and monitor all agreements to ensure there are no gaps in necessary coverage or provision of services. Facilitate communication between corporate risk owners and regional risk managers. Engage with corporate risk owners on security issues.
 
Qualifications 
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Security specific discipline with CPP and PSP certification from ASIS with 8 years’ experience in job or in a corporate security management or corporate consultant capacity managing security projects globally including a combination of security risk management, investigations, vetting or background checking, crisis management and physical security design and assessment and operational exposure in Asia, South Pacific, Europe, Middle East and The Americas. Also requires training in management of kidnap for ransom incidents and formal qualification in Project Management and Business or Frontline Management from a security perspective. Employer will accept 10 years of experience with certifications and qualifications in lieu of Bachelor’s + 8. Requires 25% domestic and international travel.
