Dexis is seeking an experienced Team Lead to provide leadership; oversee Scope of work (SOW); contract compliance, budget, deliverables; and liaison with HQ, DOD, and DOS Leadership to a Security Assistance Program at the Department of State (DOS) Political and Military (PM) Bureau. The work location for this position will be at DOS in Washington, D.C. This is a full time position. The start date for this position is June
15, 2015.Responsibilities:
Advise on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and technical oversight of programs and country projects in the PM Bureau.
Lead M&E efforts for specific country projects.
Coordinate with all Global Security Contingency Fund (GSCF) country/regional project implementing partners during all stages of projects.
Oversee all data management and analysis.
Develop and lead presentations of data results and findings from data collection activities and evaluations.
Lead the design of M&E instruments and tools, data collection, data analysis, and written evaluation reports on results, findings, and recommendations.
Manage project staff.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in social science, international development, or evaluation.
Fifteen (15) years of experience managing complex programs, including budgets, recruitment efforts, and supervision of long and short-term staff in a DOS or DOD environment.
At least three (3) of experience in designing, leading, and managing large M&E (Assessment & After-Action Reviews) projects.
Extensive experience and knowledge of DOD, security sector assistance, and DOS programs.
Experience in security assistance training.
Combatant command experience preferred.
Active secret level security clearance required.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
