Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Global Security will be responsible for security of physical assets and the safety of associates of Telerx (including C3i, a Company of Telerx).
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions) Security: Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage both Telerx guards as well as guards hired on temporary/project based assignments to Telerx, including the scheduling of all team members of the Telerx Security Department
• Responsible for issuing and maintenance of ID cards of all associates, including temporary associates in domestic and global facilities
• Maintain alarm systems and access to the systems by assigning alarm codes to associates, and manage same
• Implement as well as enforce the policies and procedures of the Telerx Security Department
• Responsible for the Electronic surveillance systems, alarm systems, and access control systems as to their control and maintenance
• Manage physical locks and keys as to their control and maintenance for Telerx healthcare facilities
• Provide weekly reports to management on SLA’s and status of projects
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

• Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel to multiple Telerx locations
• Background in Crime and Loss Prevention from Law Enforcement or private sector security
• Extensive knowledge of physical/personal security as well as an extensive knowledge in crime & loss prevention gained from Law Enforcement or private sector security
Computer/Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• A working knowledge of security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, and current security technologies)
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong organization skills combined with finely tuned verbal and written communication skills.
To be successful, this position requires the ability to deal with and manage change and the ability of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to manage, guide and direct others in day to day security routines as well as taking charge in emergency and/or situations of unforeseen events.
• Must be able to take a proactive approach to corporate security.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Sound decision making skills.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years Law Enforcement or “private sector” Security experience
• Previous investigative experience and an overall knowledge of Corporate business dynamics
• Proactive experience in recognizing and addressing deficiencies in Security
• Maintenance of OSHA specifications within the facilities
• Experience with Honeywell Access Systems Win-Pak software preferred
