Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide instruction to students via coaching, group discussion, lectures, demonstrations, seminars and workshops by using media and training aids
· Provide predictive analysis, coordination of search and route clearance operations, decision-making tools, and other countermeasures at Battalion level and above
· Develop training schedules working with military, government civilians, and other contractor personnel
· Conduct, evaluate, and facilitate practical exercises, and provide an after action review
· Develop and review training and educational products and materials
Education and Experience
· 6+ years military experience in subject matter
· 2+ years as a DoD (military) instructor
· Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Applicant must have experience in US Army Engineer doctrine, specializing in counter-IED countermine and counter explosives operations
· Possess a working knowledge of the courses taught within the Counter Explosive Hazards Center
· Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process
· Ability to analyze past and current operations, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), field manuals, and provide recommendations for training revisions
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Must possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office software and computer applications
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
