Job Summary

-Prior certification as a Formal Schools Instructor and performance in a recognized instructor billet preferred.
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be familiar with and adhere to established command and staff procedures, especially chain of command.
-Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office Suite software.
-Must have excellent organizational, planning and problem solving skills and be able to work with others toward a common goal.
-Military service must have resulted in an “Honorable” characterization of service.

Job Summary
-Salaried Full-Time position as a Combat Profiling Instructor at Camp
Pendleton, CA (SOI-W). Work requirements are a minimum of 80 hrs per
Pay Period. Applicant should anticipate working extended hours (9 – 14
hrs per day) while supporting field training.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Perform instructor duties in Combat Profiling at US Marine Corps’
School of Infantry and other career progression training programs.
-Provide platform and field instruction in Combat Profiling in support of the US Marine Corps Combat Hunter Program in accordance with the Combat Hunter Intermediate Course and Combat Hunter Trainer Course POI’s.
-Develop and refine the Combat Hunter curricula, media and doctrine based upon research and analysis of current and emerging TTP’s as they relate to the Combat Hunter Program.
-Conduct assessments of individual Marines and units’ training to allow feedback of existing POI’s and recommend improvements where necessary.
-During the course of training guide discussions, incorporate role-play, present case studies, identify and use resources and remedied student performance as necessary.
-Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.
