This position will be a temporary fill with the possibility of long-term employment.
A-T Solutions is currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert experienced in combat shooting techniques and tactical vehicle operations to educate and train deploying EOD technicians to perform advanced team soldiering skills using small unit tactics, small arms combat operations, and tactical mobility operations in simulated tactical environments in order to
increase survivability in real-world environments. You will be required to travel to off-site training ranges, demolition, and small arms ranges, training facilities, conferences and meetings, and other places as required supporting EOD and NECC training requirements.


Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 6+ years Armed forces special operations (e.g. USMC Force Recon/MARSOC, USA Ranger/Green Beret, USN SEAL, USAF Combat Controller, UK or Australian SAS, or US Navy EOD) experience.
  • Graduate of Basic/Journeyman Instructor Training or equivalent.
  • Master Training Specialist or equivalent. Will consider minimum two years instructional experience in lieu of designation.
  • Must be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
  • Must be able to meet Navy High-Risk Training requirements as outlined in OPNAVINST 1500.75 series upon hire.
  • Graduate of an advanced small arms weapons training.
  • Possess current, within the past 12-months, certification for SOF weapons systems.

    • Rifle



Desired Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Graduate of:  Blackwater, MidSouth Shooting Institute, Gryphon Group, SFARTAETC, or SFAUC small arms weapons training.
  • Graduate of:  ITI, GRYPHON, TierOne or Tony Scotti tactical driving training
  • Graduate of:  Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) Level C
  • Certificate of completion training in long distance rifle shooting.
  • Certificate of completion training in crew served weapon systems.
  • Certificate of completion for TCCC live tissue medical training
