Overview :
CRGT Inc. is seeking to hire a TRAINING MANAGER which is located in Fayetteville, NC.
Key Responsibilities : Serves as primary curriculum developer and instructor for a designated work role in unit advanced training program. Provides geolocation certification training for unit advanced SIGINT operations program as directed by SMEs. Travels CONUS and OCONUS, including to hostile environments, in order to test, evaluate, implementation and develop training for new capabilities and techniques. Provides mentorship and
guidance to Training Specialists. Coordinates support to meet training requirements as required including facilities, travel, role players, etc.

Requirements :
5 Years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Special Mission Units (SMUs)
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required to support mission support and RDT&E efforts


Preferred : INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY/Special Operations Forces Experience:
8 Years of experience in SIGINT target prosecution at the national and tactical levels as well as intelligence fusion
2 years of experience instructing Special Operations Forces (SOF) on SIGINT operations, collection and analysis in diverse environments and platforms against a variety of protocols
2 years of experience developing, implementing, and supervising SIGINT or technical operations curriculum
3 years of operational, training, authorities and certification experience with the NSA ADET standard CANO work role or tactical Computer Network Operations (CNO) with the ability to train/certify personnel on Class 3 operations

Or

3 years of operational and training experience with active geolocation systems and the authorities to conduct such training
Expertise with 3G/4G networking technologies as well as the full spectrum integrated target prosecution cycle
