PAE is currently seeking a Surveillance Team Member to support DOD operations training.The Surveillance Team Member:
  • Conducts surveillance operations through physical and technical observation to determine status of student performance.
  • Assists in student reviews of surveillance detection routes and execution of surveillance plans for vehicular, foot, and multi-mode both static and mobile.
  • Performs security services in one or more of the specialized areas; applies incident management, problem solving, task      management, and produces finished oral and/or written documentation
  • Provides analytical research and  technical support to projects
  • May manage projects and supervise other surveillance consultants
  • Assesses student performance by providing detailed evaluations and oral feedback
  • Provides written and oral feedback to the instructor staff
  • Performs other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, higher education preferred.
  • Must be able to conduct area familiarization and adapt to the operational area on short notice.
  • Must have knowledge of full spectrum surveillance
  • Advanced verbal, written, and nonverbal communications skills with students and instructors alike are required
  • Requires specialized training in vehicle and foot surveillance.
  • Must successfully complete the Surveillance Certification course
  • Must be able to walk up to 6 miles in both rural and urban terrain during inclement weather.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Must be willing to participate in regional travel, occasionally overnight.
