MARSOC SERE Role Player

Job Summary:
The Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC), Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) School, Camp Lejeune North Carolina, provides training in basic, high-risk SERE tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to Marine Special Operations Forces (SOF). SERE Role Players will augment military, government service (GS), and contract SERE instructors ISO 10 scheduled SERE Full Spectrum Level C courses per year. The SERE Role Player will support SERE operations by completing assigned duties and tasks in
accordance with customer, company, and PM requirements. SERE Role Players will be required to work at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and all related MARSOC SERE rural, urban, and culmination exercise training sites.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Maintain a positive team environment with customer, outside agencies, and contract staff.
Understand and support Client’s processes, procedures, and mission objectives.
Use appropriate role-specific harassment techniques to ensure student safety.
Responsible for safe guarding/accountability of SOS/client facilities and equipment.
Support tracking/aggressor operations in field conditions.
Administrative/logistical duties as assigned by section lead.


Minimum Job Requirements :
Maintain a SECRET security clearance and US Citizenship required.
Maintain excellent interpersonal, communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Be physically fit to withstand rigorous physical requirements and must be able to operate for extended periods of time in rural/urban outdoor conditions, to include extreme heat, cold, rain or snow.

Education Required:
Military or Civilian Leadership training.

Experience Required:
Experience performing Role-Play activities is desired.
Prior experience working in classified setting.
